I would say Vice City Stories is worth playing but I’m not keen on Liberty City Stories. VCS is similar to VC with a slightly less memorable story but some new features (swimming!) and cool missions. LCS is just an all around worse version of GTA III with an unremarkable story, albeit a couple redeeming characters.
GTA+ makes way more sense when you look at it as the test environment for something that'll be a much bigger part of the next GTA title.
